Shipping & Payment
Payment is via PayPal. Please note that you don't need a PayPal account to use their service - you can also pay via credit or debit card.
Orders are posted weekdays only and delivery excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
Order processing may take up to two days so please allow for this.
If there are any problems regarding your order please get in contact with me via e-mail as soon as possible so we can find a solution.
Jewellery is sent by Royal Mail Next Delivery by 1pm only as other Royal Mail services do not insure jewellery items. Items are insured up to £500. If you need any more insurance please contact me for further options.
Enamel powders are sent by Royal Mail Signed for 1st or 2nd Class which are insured up to £50. If you need any more insurance please contact me for further options.
Greetings cards are sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class post.
I currently don't offer international shipping automatically through the website, however I am willing to post abroad. Please contact me via e-mail with the items you want and I will get back to you with a shipping cost.

If you change your mind and wish to return your item(s) please get in contact with us as soon as possible. Your right to cancel an order starts from the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. You must return the item(s) in the original condition and in the original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that this does not apply to personalised items.
If your goods arrive damaged pleased get in touch as soon as possible. You have up to thirty days of receiving the goods for a refund or exchange. Please send us photos of the damage. We will assess them and refund your item(s) on return.
