Howling Wolf Silver & Enamel Ring
Product Details
"Throw me to the wolves and I'll return leading the pack."
The wolf as a totem animal represents a deep connection with your instincts, sharp intelligence and a need for freedom. Could this ring represent you?
A unique gift for yourself or a loved one, this enamelled ring is made from sterling and fine silver, copper and enamel (glass). Added granulation around the edge gives this ring a modern twist.
Enamelling is an ancient art whereby glass is fused onto metal at a high temperature in a kiln. In this case the enamel base is copper which has then been set into sterling silver like a gemtsone. The piece must be fired at least eight times in many layers at over 800 degrees C for the grains to flow and fuse together. Afterwards, each piece is ground and polished by hand into a smooth, shiny surface.
As you can imagine, this technique is time consuming, but the finished ring has a jewel-like quality and the colours will never fade.
Approximately 20mm in diameter, this ring is a UK size J-1/2. The ring band and circular base are made from 'ecosilver' - recycled silver from the medical, electronics and giftware industries.
Your howling wolf ring will come beautifully gift-wrapped in a BenjaBlue branded box with ribbon and tissue paper.
Includes free polishing cloth and care guide.

If your item to does not arrive within the expected delivery time, I would be grateful if you could check your local post office / sorting office to see if it has been left there for you. Even my small items will be too large to fit through most letterboxes when they have been packaged and sometimes posties forget to leave a card. Weekends, Bank Holidays and busy periods can also extend delivery times.
I usually dispatch my items within 1-3 days, so please remember to add this onto the estimated delivery times. I do my best to send items the next day, but if for some reason I can't get to the Post Office it might take me a day or two longer.

At least £2.50 from this item will be donated to animal charities at the end of the year - please visit my blog at www.benjablue.com for more information. Also find me on Pinterest by searching for BenjaBlue and on Instagram @benjinca. Join my Facebook group BenjaBlue.
