One of the best pinks. I use this a lot in my work. As most enamellers will know, transparent pinks, reds and oranges that don't react much silver are pretty special, and this is one of them.
This enamel is produced by Nihon Shippo. Colours with a 'G' prefix, such as this one, are specially formulated for silver. This colour is only a little reactive to silver, and the reaction just gives a slightly different pink, so you can use it straight on silver without flux. Bonus!
The suggested firing for this colour is between 760°C-815°C (1400°F - 1500°F). The test strips in the photos were fired at around 790°C.
Supplied as 10g x 80 mesh powder in a reusable plastic pot.
